If it clicks but nothing happens, the motor may be stalled. Frozen Pipes: In Thunder Bay & Northwestern Ontario winters, ensure your indoor pipes aren't frozen near the tank. Important: We are a Licensed Well Contractor for repairs but we do not provide bulk water delivery.
